General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the gtt9 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("User", "you", "your"). By using the gtt9 website and services, you fully agree to these Terms.

gtt9 is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh. All platform services are protected by SSL encryption technology and operated in accordance with fair play principles.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may create only one account. If a single person creates multiple accounts, the platform reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

When creating an account, you must provide the following accurate information:

• Active email address
• Valid mobile number
• Date of birth
• Details of your preferred payment method

Providing false or incomplete information may cause account verification to fail and withdrawal requests to be blocked. gtt9 may request additional verification documents at any time.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

gtt9 will never ask for your password or full payment details via email, SMS, or phone. Any such request is a sign of fraudulent activity and should be reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gtt9 currently supports the following payment methods:

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka) — applicable for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

gtt9 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 (one) hour. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required. Identity verification is mandatory for first-time withdrawals.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Any applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (contact support for exceptional cases).
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while another is in progress.

4.5 Deposit Refunds

Deposits are generally non-refundable once made, as they are credited to the gaming balance immediately. If a duplicate deposit occurs due to a technical error, please contact support.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gtt9 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies to each account once only.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• gtt9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings obtained from a bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

The gtt9 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback increases as you move to higher tiers — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum. VIP benefits apply to active and verified accounts only.

Gaming Rules

All games available on gtt9 — including slots, live casino, cricket betting, and fishing games — are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed from the game interface before play begins.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely impartial and not predetermined. Any complaint regarding a game result must be submitted to support within 72 hours.

6.2 Sports Betting

gtt9 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Matches such as Bangladesh vs India can be used as examples to understand the available betting markets. gtt9 does not confirm the date, time, or result of any specific match.

6.3 Technical Interruptions

If a game is interrupted mid-play due to loss of internet connection or a server issue, gtt9's system will attempt to restore the game from the last saved state. In such situations, the platform's decision will be considered final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of any relevant balance:

• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements risk-free by placing opposing bets ("bonus abuse").
• Opening multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once.
• Gaining an advantage through transfers from another user's account or through collusion.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Playing with funds belonging to a third party or managing another person's account.

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by gtt9

gtt9 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or money laundering.
• Prolonged inactivity.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before account closure (subject to applicable wagering requirements). To make a request, email [email protected].

gtt9 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be informed via their registered email address or through a notice on the platform.
